Terms of Service

1. Owners of The New Psalmody, in either print or digital format, are bound by Copyright Law of the United States of America. Reproduction and distribution to the general public is strictly prohibited.

2. Fair Use reproduction of individual pieces for convenience is allowed. Such copies may be used by individuals (e.g. the cantor, members of the schola, the organist, the instrumentalists) performing the piece in association with an individual owner, institutional owner, or any person designated by an owner. Such copies may not be distributed thereafter to the general public.

3. Any reproduction of The New Psalmody that would constitute a full substitution for the original work is strictly prohibited.

5. All sales are final except in case of product defect.
